Kandy Rose is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Enrolled Agent, Accountant, Tax Coach, and Author, boasting an impressive 15-year track record in accounting and over 11 years of expertise
in the tax industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration under her belt, Kandy has been a driving force in her field.
Formerly a Franchise owner of one of the top tax companies in the country for a decade, Kandy and her team were renowned for their professionalism, accuracy in tax preparation, and dedication to client education. Having prepared nearly 3,000 tax returns for individuals and small businesses during her tenure, Kandy's commitment to her clients went beyond financial matters – she became like family to each and every one.
Kandy's passion for teaching and empowering others led her to establish an annual Tax School, where she has been sharing her knowledge and expertise for the past 10 years. Additionally, she
runs a Mentorship program aimed at helping individuals kickstart their careers in the tax industry, having successfully assisted over 300 professionals in making a similar transition.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to her industry, Kandy received a Proclamation from the City of New Orleans in 2024 for a decade in business serving the community, educating
her clients, and providing a place of employment.
In 2022, Kandy's exceptional contributions to her industry were also recognized when she was named Businesswoman of the Year by Frank C Delaney Ministries. Her influence in the tax community was further solidified by the successful hosting of a three-city Boss 2 Boss Tax Tour.
One of Kandy's proudest achievements is her debut as an author. She has penned a journal titled "Surviving Life's Storm: A Journey of Faith, Resilience, and Triumph," as well as the book "Woman of Many Hats: Balancing Life’s Roles with Grace and Success."
Beyond her professional achievements, Kandy is a devoted mother of three children who are following in her entrepreneurial footsteps. Despite her busy schedule, she always finds time for
her family, embodying the balance between a successful career and a fulfilling personal life. In her moments of leisure, Kandy enjoys quality time with friends and maintains a healthy lifestyle
through her gym activities.

a proclamation for Author of the Year for his book "Strategies to Become a Young Entrepreneur." Additionally, Daren was honored for his pivotal role in organizing the 50 years of Hip Hop in New Orleans, demonstrating his commitment to celebrating and preserving the cultural heritage of his city.
Deeply invested in uplifting his community, Daren sponsors the George Washington Carver Senior High School's basketball team and marching band annually. He orchestrates Thanksgiving Basket Drives and Christmas Toy Drives, spreading joy and generosity during the holiday seasons. Daren also mentors
incarcerated youth on entrepreneurship and financial literacy, highlighting his dedication to nurturing the next generation.
